the founder of SparkMind

Hi, I’m Hannah, the founder of SparkMind, and I’m so glad you’re here. My journey as a neurodivergent individual has shaped who I am today and inspired me to create a space where others can feel understood, celebrated, and empowered.

I was diagnosed with ADHD in my early 20s after years of struggling through school and life, feeling like something was missing. When I started learning about neurodivergence, suddenly my past struggles made sense—the challenges, the frustration, and even the unique ways I excelled. That moment of clarity changed everything for me.

At home, I’m surrounded by a vibrant and diverse neurodivergent family. Living in a household rich with neurodiversity has taught me so much about the distinctive strengths we all possess, as well as the hurdles we can face. This understanding deeply informs my work every single day.

Alongside my lived experience, I’m also a Registered Nurse Associate with over seven years of experience working in secondary mental health services. This professional background has equipped me with a deep understanding of mental health and the therapeutic strategies that can help individuals navigate complex challenges. I bring this blend of personal insight and professional expertise to every coaching session.

When I received my ADHD diagnosis, it became clear to me that there wasn’t enough therapeutic support available for neurodivergent individuals. That’s why I developed SparkMind: a space for people with ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent profiles to feel safe, understood, and empowered to explore their unique strengths and work on practical coping strategies.

My mission is to support others in navigating their own neurodivergent journeys—whether it’s overcoming obstacles, embracing what makes them unique, or achieving their goals. SparkMind is here to walk alongside you with compassion, insight, and tools to help you thrive.
