Who We Are
Create and Chatter is a non‑profit online creative and wellbeing community founded by Kimberley Sorrie, offering gentle craft sessions and supportive workshops for neurodivergent women and women experiencing mental health challenges across the UK.
The community uses creativity as a calm, accessible way to express feelings and connect with others, especially for those who experience sensory overwhelm, social anxiety, masking or burnout. Sessions are relaxed, pressure‑free and open to all experience levels.
Alongside creative activities, Create and Chatter provides wellbeing workshops on confidence, self‑compassion, emotional regulation, executive functioning, burnout and healthy boundaries. This is where SparkMind and Create and Chatter collaborate — bringing practical ideas, reassurance and lived‑experience support.
Members can also connect through a friendly online chat space, sharing creations, celebrating wins and finding steady peer support. Create and Chatter is not a replacement for professional care, but an additional layer of creativity, understanding and community.

SparkMind & Moreton Men’s Sports Group
SparkMind is proud to be collaborating with Moreton Men’s Sports Club CIC to support men’s wellbeing through the power of sport, connection and community.
This partnership brings together physical activity and mindset development, creating a space where men can improve both their mental and physical health in a supportive, inclusive environment. By combining structured sports sessions with personal development and wellbeing support, we aim to encourage resilience, confidence and stronger social connections.
Together, SparkMind and Moreton Men’s Sports Club CIC are committed to building a healthier, more connected community, where men feel empowered to thrive both on and off the field.
SparkMind is now sponsoring Ipswich Cardinals player Connor Phimister.
Connor embodies the values we care about: strength, teamwork, emotional resilience and showing up even when things get tough.
Supporting local athletes is one way we give back to our community and we’re proud to be part of Connor’s journey.
